Where Do We Get Our Tennis Tickets?
You will receive your tennis tickets at the Welcome Dinner before your package starts. If you are not able to attend the Welcome Dinner, we will make other arrangements for you to get your tickets.
How Do We Get From the Hotel to the Tennis Stadium?
An airconditioned coach goes from the Le Parker Meridien Hotel directly to the US Open Gates every 30 - 45 mins. until 30 mins. after play ends on center court.
Can We Play Tennis in New York?
Yes. Court time can be arranged or join our tennis academy scheduled in the mornings on particular dates throughout the 2 weeks of the US Open.
Do We Have the Same Tennis Seats Each Day?
You will be seated in different seats throughout your time at the US Open. We will ensure you the best possible locations in the levels of seating that you choose.
Is Breakfast Included in My Package?
Breakfast is not included in the package. However, the Brooklyn Diner and many other excellent eateries are located just seconds from your hotel.
Can You Get Baseball or Theatre Tickets?
Yes. Baseball and other sports tickets as well as theatre tickets can be built into your package. Please ask your Grand Slam Agent for details and prices. Theatre tickets usually range from $120 -$500; sporting tickets depend on the teams playing.
Tennis Ticket Rain Policy:
If the matches are cancelled due to weather or other reasons, seats privileges are lost for that day. No rain checks will be issued. Grand Slam Tennis Tours does offer Rain Insurance, ask your sales representative for details.
