Most of our lives are quite different from what they were in 2010. However, for three of the greatest tennis players of all time, things looked pretty similar. Novak, Rafa, and Roger were finishing their year as the top 3 players in the world, with the trio having won every Grand Slam and plenty of other ATP tournaments. This last decade has been a living highlight reel of tennis history. We are so happy to have been able to be there to witness all of these historic moments with our amazing customers and friends.
As the decade comes to a close, it’s time to look back on who performed the best in the 40 Grand Slam Championships that took place between 2010 and 2019. Putting favorites aside, we used the numbers to rank the top 10 performers of the biggest tournaments of the 2010s. From the blistering Aussie heat, to the dusty red clay of Paris. On the fresh cut lawns in Wimbledonand amidst the screaming crowds in New York City, these 10 men rose above the rest to perform their best when it counted the most. We’ve also added an article on the top 10 WTA performers of the decade.
How they’re ranked
Grand Slam performers are ranked by number of Grand Slam titles won between 2010 and 2019. If tied, number of runner-up appearances is considered before average points per Slam. Thus, Cilic ranks over Berdych because he has a title and two finals, even though Berdych’s points per Slam rating is higher.
