Your journey begins at the legendary JW Marriott Essex House, an Art Deco icon standing proudly over Central Park. . Drop your bags and breathe easy—our dedicated onsite team and the hotel’s elite concierge are here for you to ensure your transition into the city is seamless. After check-in, proceed along the main hallway of thr lobby to visit us at our welome desk (near the coat check room). This is where you can ask any questions you may have of your tour hosts and recieve your commemorative gifts. If you're having any issues with the mobile ticket process, we can also assist you there.

Once you’ve settled in, join the Grand Slam team and your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner. We’ll be joined by a special tennis guest to preview the tournament's biggest matchups and share insider stories from the tour. It’s the perfect time to toast to the week ahead, talk strategy, and walk through the curated details of your New York itinerary.

Day 2, 3, 4, etc... - Witness Tennis Greatness at the US Open

Over the next several days, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center becomes your home. You’ll head straight to the heart of the action with prime reserved seating on your chosen court. Whether you’re watching on Arthur Ashe Stadium or Louis Armstrong Stadium, your seat is secured, giving you the perfect vantage point.

Your pass lets you wander the entire grounds, including first-come, first-serve access to the Grandstand and Courts 4–17. These outer courts are a fan favorite because you’re close enough to really see the speed and intensity of the game. When you aren't in your reserved seats, you can catch the pros at the practice courts or just grab a Honey Deuce and head to the plazas to soak in the New York atmosphere.

If your ticket includes hospitality, there is a meal provided with your ticket. Non hospitality tickets don't include a meal, but there are vendors all around the grounds that have some incredible options for snacking.

Days off and extra excursions

While the action on the court is legendary, Manhattan offers a spectacle all its own. We highly recommend adding an extra day to your itinerary to take a break from the tennis and dive into the energy of NYC. Since you’ll be staying at the JW Marriott Essex House, the city is right at your doorstep. You might spend your morning wandering through the scenic trails of Central Park, browsing the world-famous designer flagships along Fifth Avenue, or exploring the iconic galleries of Museum Mile.

As the sun sets, the city’s world-class culinary scene and the bright lights of the Theater District are just a short stroll or taxi ride away. While your tennis schedule is meticulously planned, your free time is an open canvas for you to discover the landmarks, flavors, and hidden gems that make New York the perfect doubles partner for your Grand Slam experience.

Final day - Time to head home

It’s finally time to check out and head for home, or wherever your next adventure takes you. If your schedule allows, we definitely recommend taking one last stroll through Central Park right across the street or hitting a nearby spot you missed earlier in the week. New York always has a way of leaving you with a few more things to see, but after a week of world-class tennis, you’ll at least be heading home with a full highlight reel.
